That said, in my experience as a Pensacola real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

As a native of the area with family roots here dating back two centuries, you can say I am not only knowledgeable about the area, but also quite partial to it!  I think this area offers the best of everything:  quality living, beautiful surroundings and friendly residents.  I enjoy showing people this area and matching them with the perfect home. I sell residential, commercial and investor properties, including condominiums across Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties.  This area includes Pensacola, Pensacola Beach Gulf Breeze, Navarre and Perdido Key.  I specialize in waterfront and beach properties, golf course living and Historic Downtown Pensacola.

 

A realtor since 1992, I also have a background in banking and finance.  I am a former home improvement Sales Manager and owned my own company for eight years.  Being very familiar with the loan process, I am able to inform my customers as to the financing programs that might be available to them.
